Security

Customer information is protected using reasonable technical and organizational safeguards.

Access to customer information is restricted based on authorization. Each organization's data is separated at the database level, and administrative tools are limited to authorized TechSpendIQ personnel and checked on the server.

TechSpendIQ runs on managed cloud infrastructure, with a managed database and authentication service, private file storage for uploaded documents, and serverless application hosting. Connections to the Service use HTTPS.

Customer-specific quote information is kept private and is not displayed to other customers.

Only eligible, anonymized and aggregated pricing intelligence contributes to shared market intelligence. Organizations can opt out of contributing in Account Settings.

If you believe you have found a security issue, please email requests@techspendiq.com with details. Please do not access other customers' data or disrupt the Service while investigating.
