Vendor quotes uploaded through Quote Analysis are stored in private, organization-scoped storage. They are processed by automated extraction (including AI-assisted processing) to identify products and prices. Raw documents are only accessible to your organization and to authorized TechSpendIQ personnel where needed to operate or support the Service. They are never shown to other customers.

Private customer data includes your company identity, users, raw quote documents, your specific quotes, and your account activity. This data is never shown to other customers.

Aggregated market intelligence consists of eligible pricing evidence (such as part number, vendor, unit price and date) that is de-identified and combined with other evidence to form benchmarks such as IQ Price. Other customers see only aggregated results, never who submitted a price. Your organization can turn off Market Intelligence Contribution in Account Settings; your quotes then stay out of shared benchmarks while you keep full access to the Service.

We use third-party providers to operate the platform, including cloud hosting and database infrastructure, authentication, AI document processing, email delivery, and (when enabled) payment processing. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to us.

Account information is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, accounting and security obligations. Uploaded documents and analyses are retained while your account is active so you can revisit past analyses, unless you request deletion. Aggregated, de-identified market intelligence may be retained after an account closes because it no longer identifies your organization.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards, including access controls, per-organization data separation, and restricted administrative access. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you are located, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To make a privacy request, email requests@techspendiq.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

TechSpendIQ is intended for businesses and professionals. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated by email, in-app notice, or by updating the effective date on this page.
